Hot or Cold Temperatures, Humidity, and Dust are big time adversaries of a nice finish. To manage these conditions we installed 25 tons of Air Conditioning in the main shop and 5 tons in the Finish booth shop. All the floors are heated, but the fan in the Finish Booth empties all of the heated air in two minutes. To make up for heat loss we installed two 125,000 btu furnaces to add back clean warm air. Hospital return air fillers eliminate dust in the AC air flow. Nice finish in fewer calendar days….
